• SHIPPING POLICY •

LOCAL SHIPPING

We ship within the Philippines with rates starting from P185.00 through our partner courier J&T. The rate depends on the weight & quantity of your order.

Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking via email or sms upon item shipment. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Yes, we ship internationally. Rate will depend on the weight of the item.
It usually takes 7-15 working days for you to receive your item.

Please note that we don't offer exchange for international purchase orders.

 

• IN STORE PICK UP / SAME DAY DELIVERY • 

We would love to meet you in person and assist you further when you visit. You may choose this option at check out.

For same day delivery, we can ship your orders within 2 hours after confirmation. Just call us at +639487283150, Monday to Sunday, 10:00am to 07:00pm. You may book Lalamove to pick-up your goods.

 

• RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY • 

Please do understand that we are a small local business, thus we only do accept return & exchange on items that are damaged or defective.

For other reasons such as wrong sizing, returns must be made within 5days upon receipt of the item with tags intact, no foul smell, no make-up stains and unused conditions.

Returns can be made in store or by courier. All returns are for store credit which can be used in-store or online, and the credit does not expire.

• PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS • 

Items labeled as PRE-ORDER are items that are currently not on-hand and will take 7 to 15 days to arrive unless stated otherwise.

Hence, before ordering, PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS.

1. Returns and exchange isn't applicable to all pre-ordered items.
2. Once order has been placed, you cannot anymore cancel your order(s) so please carefully read all the details before doing so. We cannot process refund for these items.
3. Due to unforeseen events that are beyond our control, there might be some delays to the arrival of your orders such as weather, holidays, logistics, etc. Rest assured that once your items are here, we will ship them as soon as possible.
Feel free to message us anytime for updates.
4. If you purchase in-stock and pre-ordered items together, please note that it will be shipped all together. Should you need your in-stock item asap, you may order it separately. Hence, no rush orders for this condition.
5. Placing a pre-order means that you agree to these terms and conditions.
